  • Our minimum order is 25 pieces for embroidery and 50 for printing. There are significant price breaks when you order 100 and 250 pieces, the more you order, the more you save.

  • Your price is determined by the product you choose, how many colours in your design and how many pieces you’re ordering. Send an email to info@printaholic.ca with your design and what you’re looking for and we’ll get in touch within 48 hours.

  • No, we don’t have any setup or hidden fees. We’re big fans of transparency so the price we quote is your cost. You won’t be charged anything extra unless the specs of the order change.

  • Our standard turnaround time is 7-10 business days from payment and mockup approval. Rush options are available for an additional cost. If you have a deadline or event, let us know when placing your order.

  • Probably! Most Likely….yes. We’ve worked with countless clients to create most anything! From branded water bottles, speakers, notebooks, totes, buttons, coffee mugs to cooler bags and potted plants. We’re here to transform ideas into physical products and extensions of your brand. We love creative collaboration so get in touch to share what you’re scheming and dreaming about.

  • No problem! We have a ‘Try Before You Buy’ policy for you to order samples to wash, wear — whatever you want, before placing the full order. We want to make sure you love them so you’re not stuck with hundreds of sweaters you hate.

  • We’re here to remove the time wasting aspects that make ordering merch difficult. Consider us your personal product guide. We handpick products specifically for your brand, project and business. We even set up systems to follow up with you every few months, so you don’t have to worry about restocking.
